I am interested in Biogeography, Conservation, Evolution, Phylogeography, Phylogenetics, and Wildlife Biology.
The focus of my research is molecular ecology, with a particular emphasis on the identification of genetically distinct units within species. I am interested in applying this type of work to aid in conservation prioritization. I am also interested in the causes and consequences of population subdivision across a range of time scales from the Pleistocene to the modern era.
